This entails things like, Cold Therapy, Sauna sessions, breath work and the correct ways to take care of your body on those rest and recovery days.

Ice bath soon?

Thinking of doing a legit Ice bath sometime soon. I know we've done the cold plunge before but the ice bath is a whole different monster. Let me know if you are interested in this and maybe we'll schedule it for an ETM event.
